I live in Thames and was told that the technician would arrive, from Hamilton, at 9am. This he did. I was shocked at how dirty our heat pump was, and relieved that all the dust and dirt was collected so efficiently on the drop sheet. He did an excellent job.

The system must be serviced by OneAir Technicians at least once a year
What's covered:

All approved Heatpump / Air Conditioning systems between five and ten years old with expired manufacturer warranties (typically installed between 2014 - 2019)

Callout travel, labour and repair parts to indoor and outdoor units (up to $350 per system)

Key exclusions that aren’t covered include:

Remote controls, Outdoor mounts (roof & wall brackets, PVC feet, Polyslabs etc) and installer-supplied materials (electrical wiring, copper and drain pipes)

User operating errors (wrong settings in remote control)

Damage caused by power spikes, impacts, spillage and Acts of God (flooding, earthquakes, storms etc)

Ventilation systems (HRV, DVS, Supervent etc)
