Conditions:

  • The system must be serviced by OneAir Technicians at least once a year

 

What's covered:

  • All approved Heatpump / Air Conditioning systems between five and ten years old with expired manufacturer warranties (typically installed between 2014 - 2019)

  • Callout travel, labour and repair parts to indoor and outdoor units (up to $350 per system)

Key exclusions that aren’t covered include:

  • Remote controls, Outdoor mounts (roof & wall brackets, PVC feet, Polyslabs etc) and installer-supplied materials (electrical wiring, copper and drain pipes)

  • User operating errors (wrong settings in remote control) 

  • Damage caused by power spikes, impacts, spillage and Acts of God (flooding, earthquakes, storms etc)

  • Ventilation systems (HRV, DVS, Supervent etc)
