Here are a few word to share my recent experience with OneAir. Firstly their customer service is tip notch and ‘on point’ from first contact through to completion of work and after contact care. With a fast paced lifestyle its helpful to have friendly reminders and helpful advice and support. This includes the flexibility and resilence to meet my needs. Communication was prompt, clear through the methods of contact of phone, text and email. I like that there were options for payment to suit me. And being able to have that conversation. I’ve had experiences of disappointment where there were no alternatives resulting in declining and looking elsewhere - this was not the case with OneAir. The technican was punctual turning up on time, friendly taking the time to chat as he diligently worked. He showed a good work ethic which is a huge deal for me because he as a representative of OneAir are coming into my home (a personal space). He tidied and cleared as he worked and keeping me well informed of what he was doing step-by-step. Embarrasingly enough I put my knee out during this visit the technican showed the human element of caring (as you can imagine I didn’t want to make a fuss of it). If there were a negative it was that I felt offended hearing about the state of my heat pumps being told it was ‘dirty’ thick with dust and grime. I appreciate the honest truth, its just that it can be hard to hear sometimes. I highly recommend OneAir and would hope that your experience will be positive also.

The system must be serviced by OneAir Technicians at least once a year
What's covered:

All approved Heatpump / Air Conditioning systems between five and ten years old with expired manufacturer warranties (typically installed between 2014 - 2019)

Callout travel, labour and repair parts to indoor and outdoor units (up to $350 per system)
Key exclusions that aren’t covered include:

Remote controls, Outdoor mounts (roof & wall brackets, PVC feet, Polyslabs etc) and installer-supplied materials (electrical wiring, copper and drain pipes)

User operating errors (wrong settings in remote control)

Damage caused by power spikes, impacts, spillage and Acts of God (flooding, earthquakes, storms etc)

Ventilation systems (HRV, DVS, Supervent etc)
